"As a third-party, I do not appreciate being yelled at and given unsolicited business advice. We have policies set in place just like other businesses do. Having an insurance agent raise his voice at you on the phone is very uncalled for. I would not recommend someone who cannot control their anger."

"I've recently turned 18 and begun paying for things (such as my car insurance) on my own. I was very confused and struggling to learn how to set these things up. I came to the building to figure stuff out and Mike helped out alot. He was very patient with me and sorted out everything along with answering all my questions! Thank you so much!"
